Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for shopping with SRIMAN. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

Physical Products

Kindly take a full unboxing video before opening the package. Replacement requests will only be accepted if the product is damaged during transit and valid video proof is provided.

Without valid proof, refund or replacement will not be allowed.

Replacement & Refund Policy

We provide replacement, exchange, or refund (whichever is feasible) for products damaged during transit within 3 days of delivery.

The damaged product must be returned intact to the address provided by us.

✔ Replacement will be provided first.
✔ Refund will be issued only if the same product is unavailable.
✔ Refund processing time: 5–7 working days.

Order Cancellation & Exchange

Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled or exchanged for another product.

If any item in your order cannot be processed, we may:

  • Provide an equivalent product of the same value
  • Offer a higher value product (additional payment required)
  • Issue a refund only for that specific item

Courier & Delivery Policy

Customers (or an authorized person) must be available at the delivery address during courier hours (typically 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM IST).

The courier service will attempt delivery up to three times.

If the package is returned after failed delivery attempts:

• The customer will be notified.
• Re-shipping charges may apply depending on circumstances.
No refund will be initiated for returned courier packages.

We strongly recommend contacting us immediately if you face any issues receiving your order.
